The Foundation

From our inception as Elos Institute NL to our current existence as SH!FT Foundation, we have worked to generate diverse and dynamic leadership through informal learning journeys. In short we believe that everyone has the capacity to lead. SH!FT works with organisations through cooperative support and oversight. Our member organisations cultivate and support leaders, as individuals, teams, communities and organisations, who transition society towards a more sustainable and resilient future.
